OPU Beach Junior Training

This training program is open to both boys and girls ages 18 and under.  A partner is not required to attend.  AAU Membership is required to participate.  If you do not currently have an AAU Membership or you need to renew your membership, please visit aauvolleyball.org  to purchase/renew prior to completing the REQUIRED OPU Registration below.

Summer Beach Club Season

June 4th  through July 30th

Practice Days: Tuesday and Thursdays

Practice Times: 6pm-8pm  

NO PRACTICE ON JULY 4TH.

Please note that due to the high demand for our program, if payment is not done at the checkout of the registration, payment must be received on or before the first practice of the option that you choose during registration to secure your spot. 

Tuition Options : 

  • Full Summer (June & July): PAID IN FULL Cost per player $480 (10% discount) includes a t-shirt, tank top, shorts & backpack Please note that if payment is not received on or before June 4th, the player's spot will not be held and the spot will be opened to the next player.
  • Full Summer (June & July) - PAY ONLINE PAYMENT PLAN:  Installment plan, $300 will be collected upon conclusion of the registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited in 1 installments of $225 from the SAME ACCOUNT on July 1st. Cost per player $525 includes a t-shirt, tank top, shorts & backpack.

If you cannot attend both months, choose which month you will attend at $225 per month includes a t-shirt only.   Payments must be received on or before June 4th for June or July 2nd for July, the player's spot will not be held and the spot will be opened to the next player. 

You must complete the registration below and bring to the first practice the signed & notarized  AAU Medical Release.

New this year, Coach Rich is putting together a Tournament schedule for those of you that would like to participate in tournaments. This is separate from tuition and will be an additional cost. Once it is completed we will send the detailed information out to those that register. 


Refund Policy:

Once you commit to the club and money is expended on behalf of your child, tuition refunds are considered for medical reasons only, with a deduction for used practice time, uniform, and any other incurred expenses.

Sand Socks

OPU has Sand Socks for purchase.  

Sand Socks are essential for beach athletes to protect their feet from the cold & hot sand.  Below is a link to purchase yours using a credit card or for cash/check payments they can be purchased during our practice times.  If you have any questions, please contact Sharon Howard at showardocalapower@gmail.com
